Every Thursday at noon have a BLT on us! Join host Bryan Mootz of Carpinteria Beautiful as he chats with ordinary people who do extraordinary things. Local issues and stories along with music from Bryan's eclectic collection and guest requests.  It's Carp's only all-live weekly radio show! Previous episodes can  now be downloaded as a podcast wherever you get your podcasts.

SOMETHING TO CARP ABOUT (Monday & Friday 12noon)

Radio veteran Dennis Mitchell offers his perspective as a newby to Carpinteria with a series of fun and informative interviews with city leaders and Carpinterians in the know. The show is a popular podcast at Spotify, iHeart, Podomatic and many other services. Listen for the new season premiere with former Carpinteria mayor/city council member Gregg Carty.

CANNABIS TALK BY THE SEA (Monday-Saturday 7PM)

"Cannabis By the Sea" magazine publisher Melinda Bie and editor Amy Marie Orozco bring a fresh and informative look at cannabis as the plant that heals. Interviews with industry influencers and the latest cannabis news with a fun twist. It's high tea every time with two of our favorite Carpinterians.

Local headlines and news stories are part of the everyday program lineup at Carpinteria Valley Radio. Each morning 7-9, Dennis Mitchell helps you through the morning routine and commute with up to the minute rush hour traffic, weather and what's going on around the Queen of the Coast. We are the only local source for breaking and ongoing news at or near Carpinteria.

SURF THE WORLD'S SAFEST (Tuesday 12noon)

Longtime Carpinterian David Jay brought us one of the first-ever popular podcasts about Carp, and it lives on at Carpinteria Valley Radio. The show is available as a podcast on every popular platform so you can check out past episodes, and we also feature David's original program, "The World's Safest Podcast." Recorded all over town. Listen and soak in the Carpinteria vibe.

ALL-MUSIC SUNDAY!

Starting at 6AM Sunday, you're in for a day filled with cool music. Whether your preference is Blues, California Rock, Bluegrass, Surf or Free-Form, we've got your music. Enjoy excellent shows like "Supersonic 70's" with Geoff Dorsett, "Catching a Wave" with Jammin' James Riley, "The Mystery Hour" with Ojai's Alex Robles, four hours of unrleased Grateful Dead on "Grateful Grooves" and two hours of the Fab Four on "Dennis Mitchell's Breakfast With The Beatles."

GRATEFUL GROOVES  (Sundays & Wednesdays 6PM) 

We feature the music of California almost every hour of every day, and it doesn't get any more California than the Grateful Dead. Host/expert/wizard Ardas joins us from Ojai every Sunday evening with four glorious hours of unreleased Dead music and much more. And now you can catch a replay every Wednesday evening at 8.

IN AND AROUND CARPINTERIA (Wednesday 12noon) 

Local realtor Mark Mutal takes his microphone into the heart of Carpinteria and talks to some of the town's most interesting people. From up and coming entrepreneurs to elected representatives, Mark and his guests give us a glimpse of why the people of Carpinteria feel so lucky to live here.
